  1. How many Prizes does the Competition include?
    There is a total of 11 Prizes for the Competition. The 1st Prize includes the property, with the title The House of Light of total surface 538 sq.m on a plot of 2,000.00 sq m, in Rafina –Attica – Greece and values around £ 1,620,000.00. Five (5) Second Prizes include a cruise on the Cycladic islands in the Aegean Sea by sailing yacht, 40 ft in length, with a total duration of 9 days (7- day cruise) for 2 people and a total value of £ 10,000.00 each. Five (5) Third Prizes are a cash prize of £ 10,000.00 .
  2. What do I need to take part in the Competition?
    The Competition is only open to all residents in the UK (excluding Northern Ireland) aged 18 years or over and all Entries must be submitted in the English language.
  3. Is the Competition legal?
    This Competition is legal. It is in full compliance with the rules as set by the UK Gambling Commission and in full compliance with the Gambling Act 2005. In fact these types of Competitions are very rigorously monitored by the Gambling Commission to ensure everything is fair and all above board.
  4. How do I enter the Competition?
    To enter the competition, go to the “ Enter Competition”, complete and submit the online entry form. On the online entry form you will be required to submit your personal details, select the number of entries you wish to purchase and submit your answer to the Competition Question. You will then be directed to the payment page and must make your payment via credit or debit card. Registration is accepted as soon as it is completed and the payment process is confirmed.
  5. How and when I’ll be informed about the number of my entries and bonus entries?
    After you have completed your purchase, you will be informed by email, about all the details of your entry (name, surname, etc.), the link for quantity with the identifying numbers of your entries and the Link for “Bonus Entries”.
  6. When will I know if your answer to the competition question is correct or not?
    After you have completed your purchase, you will be informed by email, whether or not your answer to the Competition Question is correct.
  7. In what currency is the purchase of Entry fee?
    The promoter accepts the Entry fee only in pounds sterling GBP (£).Transaction fees and exchange rate fees may also be payable. These may vary depending on the place you are.
  8. How much is the payment of each Entry?
    Each time you wish to enter the Competition online, there is a £ 20.00 charge. Payment may be made by credit/debit card.
  9. How many Entries can I purchase?
    Entries may be purchased individually or in blocks of 10, 20, 40 or 50. If you purchase a block of Entries you qualify for the following number of free Bonus Entries:
      (a) 10 entries entitle you to 1 Bonus Entry.
      (b) 20 entries entitle you to 3 Bonus Entries.
      (c) 40 entries entitle you to 8 Bonus Entries.
      (d) 50 entries entitle you to 12 Bonus Entries.
    Depending on the Purchased Entry packages, you get extra Bonus Entries free, which increase the possibilities of Winning.
  10. Do I have to activate the Bonus Entries?
    All Bonus Entries must be activated prior to the Closing Date. To activate your Bonus Entries, you must:
      (a) Follow the link on the email you receive; then
      (b) Enter the competition via the link and resubmit your answer to the Competition Question; then
      (c) Complete the entry process but you will not have to pay an additional entry fee for your entry so long as you have sufficient Bonus Entries.
      (d) Bonus Entries can be activated individually or multiple Bonus Entries can be active in one go. With each Bonus Entry you activate, you have the opportunity to submit a new answer to the Competition Question. Therefore, if you get the answer to the Competition Question wrong, you can make further attempts until all of your Bonus Entries have been activated.
  11. How many times can I enter the Competition?
    You can enter the Competition as many times as you wish until the maximum number of entries have been completed.
  12. How do I receive my Entries?
    Once you have confirmed your payment, you receive an Entry consisting of six (6) numbers that automatically entered and sent to you. In the case of payment of more Entries, these are consecutive increasing or decreasing number.
  13. What is the maximum number of the paid Entries?
    The maximum number of the paid Entrants is 135,000 but the maximum number of Entries, including Bonus Entries is 167,400.
  14. When is the Competition fruitful?
    The competition is fruitful since the 93% (125,550) paid Entries have been completed.
  15. What happens if less than 93% (125,550) of the maximum Entries are received?
    If less than [93%] of the maximum Entries are received, 70% of the total value of received Entries will be available for distribution as prizes or Alternative Cash Prizes (the “Cash Prize Fund”). The Promoter will be entitled to retain 30% of the total value of the received Entry fees as a contribution to its costs of running and promoting the Competition.
    The Alternative Cash Prizes are as follows: The First Prize shall be 60% of the Cash Prize Fund; and each of the Second and Third Prizes shall be 4% of the Cash Prize Fund.
  16. When does the Competition begin and finish?
    The competition will run from 20 September 2019 at 10.00 am and it will be completed on 18 January 2020 at 23.00 pm UK time. All times and dates referred to are the times and dates in London, England.
  17. How long does the Competition last?
    The duration of the Competition is 120 calendar days.
  18. When will the draw take place?
    The random draw will take place as soon as possible and in any event within [7] days of the Closing Date ("Draw Date") and the winner will be chosen by random draw supervised by an independent person.
  19. How do I learn that I won?
    The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner as soon as practicable after the Draw Date, using the telephone number or email address provided with their competition entry, within 14 of days of the Draw Date.
  20. How long does the winner have to accept the Prize?
    If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available, or has not claimed the prize within 14 of days of the Draw Date, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible.
  21. What are the necessary steps to obtain the Prizes?
    The winner of the First Prize will be required to enter into a legally binding contract with either the Promoter or Supplier in order to transfer the legal title of the Prize to the winner. The terms of the contract are non-negotiable. If the winner refuses to sign or is unable to enter into any of the legal documents required to transfer ownership of the Prize to the winner within a reasonable time, the winner will be disqualified from the Competition and the Prize will be forfeited.
    Each winner of a Second Prize is responsible for ensuring that they and any person travelling with them are available to travel and hold valid passports, any necessary visas and travel documents for the holiday in question on the travel dates specified. Dates, once notified, cannot be changed.
    Each winner of a Third Prize must nominate a bank account, provide evidence that it is the sole or joint beneficiary of the bank account and the Cash Prize will be transferred directly to the nominated bank account. The Promoter is charged with the bank transfer charges.
  22. Is it necessary to disclose the name of the winner?
    If you are the winner of the Competition, you agree that the Promoter may use your name, image and town or county of residence to announce the winner of this Competition and for any other reasonable and related promotional purposes.
  23. What is the Promoter's responsibility for the competition?
    The Promoter's responsibility is limited to the purchase price of the Entry fee, the organization of the Competition and the awarding of the Prizes.
  24. How do I contact the company?
    According to the Promoter, the safest way to communicate in order to avoid any misunderstanding is via e-mail at info@azcreationpromotion.co.uk. In any case, the company answers within 48 hours of receiving the e-mail, except the weekend. Any complaints or contestations regarding the Completion of the Prize will be sent first to the customer service team via e-mail at info@azcreationpromotion.co.uk.
  25. Who is excluded from the Prize Competition?
    People who cannot take part in the Competition are described in chapters 4.1, 4.2, 4.3, 4.4.
  26. Is my personal information safe and remain confidential?
    By entering the Competition, you agree that any personal information provided by you with the competition entry may be held and used only by the Promoter or its agents and suppliers to administer the Competition or as otherwise set out in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, a copy of which is available on the Website.
  27. Who is responsible for resolving any disputes unresolved?
    The Promoter and the Entrants recognize that the disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
