RECEPTION ROOM: From the parking space, you enter the entrance area of the house. On one side, a kitchen with build-in and fully equipped furniture is installed:
Electric cooker, fridge, freezer, dining room with 6 chairs and enough space for other uses.

LIFT PLANT ROOM: In this room, there are installed the lift hydraulic pump, its automation electrical panel and the external surveillance cameras footage recorder.

ELECTRICAL PLANT ROOM: In this room, there are installed the main electrical distribution board, the call centre phone system, the TV signal box and the alarm system panels.

COUNTRYARD SPACE AND BBQ: The courtyard is paved and includes a sitting-dining room and a BBQ. The Bbq is built and has many places for baking. It also has a large work bench made of stone, with a marble sink with cold water and drainage. The Bbq space includes a large square table with eight wooden garden chairs and a solid umbrella that covers the largest space of the living area.

ENCLOSED GARAGE: It is at the level of the raised underground 76.00 sq.m .

In this room there are installed the central heating boiler, the hot water cylinder of capacity of 200 lt, the boiler control panel, the diesel generator (for the case of power outage), the diesel generator control panel and the main electrical distribution board of the garden.

OIL STORAGE TANK AREA: It is at the level of the raised underground 19.00 sq.m .
It is directly connected with the mechanical / boiler room and in this area there are installed three oil tanks with a total capacity of 4,500L (989, 86 gal), the main water supply pipeline which is connected to a water filter and a pressure regulator valve, the pipes for the distribution of the hot and cold water across the floors of the building and the pipes for the disposal of the wastewater and the rainwater from the roof.
